I recently started doing “Zombies, Run!” and my god does it motivate you! Nothing makes you run faster quite like hearing the moans of the living dead gradually getting closer. I’ve run some of my fastest 5k times EVER.

I think I might try this app…

God I had this and it terrified me.
It didn’t help that my gps at the time was naff so I’d be running without the map like;

‘warning, zombies 10 metres’
me: /SHARP RIGHT TURN ???
'warning, zombies 20 metres’
me: phew—
