When the PS3 first came out there weren’t many real morsels of goodness until Insomniac games rolled out this little baby.  Continuing the tradition they started with Ratchet and Clank the developers came up with weapons that were beyond the normal like the auger or the hedgehog grenade.  I also really enjoyed Nathan Hale’s story of moving through Europe kicking Chimeran ass.  Though I never played online so I can’t really say how that was, but in all I would have to say that this was a great game that helped propel the PS3’s popularity which had been lacking next to the already established Xbox 360 that had a year to itself on the gaming market.
